Dr Andrew Brown
Dr. Andrew Brown is an Orthodontist in the Orange Park, FL treating patients of all ages for over 30 years. He attended dental school at Chapel Hill, NC where he was Valedictorian. He is involved with organized dentistry on the State, Local, and National levels holding such titles including:
- Delegate to the American Dental Association (ADA)
- Chairman of the ADA’s Council on Dental Practice
- Liaison to the National Association of Dental Laboratories for the ADA
- Serves on the Board of Trustees for the Florida Dental Association (FDA)
- President of the FDA ( 2020 – 2021)
Admiral Phil Davidson (RET)
Admiral Phil Davidson retired from the U.S. Navy in 2021 as a Four-Star Admiral after 39 years. In his last assignment, he was the 25th Commander of the United States Indo-Pacific Command. USINDOPACOM has 380,000+ uniformed and civilian personnel, and operates over more than half the globe. Admiral Davidson is the Founder of Davidson Strategies which consults with private and government entities globally. He also serves on the Boards of three public companies; Norfolk Southern (NYSE), Par Pacific Holdings (NYSE) and AeroVironment (NASDAQ).
Dr Todd Jorgenson
Dr. Todd Jorgenson received his bachelor’s degree in Science from Utah State University. He later attended dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Jorgenson then attended Oklahoma University Health Science Center where he received his Master of Science in Periodontics. He’s one of the leading dental implant surgeons in the valley. Dr. Jorgenson speaks nationally for a variety of dental associations. He has also had the honor of being voted by his colleagues to the Phoenix Magazine Top Dentist list every year since 2004. Honored to serve as the official team Periodontist for the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks.
Dr. Todd Jorgenson also founded the East Valley Dental Symposium, which strives to educate and train dentists on the newest and best Dental Implants and periodontal techniques available.
Mitch Olan
Mitch currently sits on several IDSO boards and was a founding member of the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO). He dedicated 28 years to building Dental Care Alliance (DCA). DCA is one of the largest IDSOs in the country with over 395 locations in 22 states. At DCA, Mitch served for 18 years as chief operating officer, chief executive officer for six years, and executive chairman for four years.
Prior to joining DCA, Mitch was Senior Vice President of Optioncare Inc., a publicly traded home infusion therapy organization with over 400 locations nationwide. Mitch began his career at ORMCO Corporation holding various roles in sales and management over a ten-year period. ORMCO is the country’s largest manufacturer and marketer of orthodontic appliances.
Mitch holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, obtained from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business. As a father to two grown children and a husband to wife, Lisa, Mitch resides in beautiful Sarasota, Florida.
Bhavik Patel
Bhavik Patel currently serves as the CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee for Sandberg Phoenix, a full-service law firm based in St. Louis but with multiple offices throughout the Midwest. Bhavik oversees the strategy and direction of the firm, manages growth and expansion opportunities, and coaches the firm leaders.
Under his direction, the firm developed and implemented a strategic communications plan and rebranded to better reflect the firm’s values, culture, and commitment to service. He has fostered and led the firm to grow to nearly 350 employees and approximately doubled the firm’s revenue in the last three years.
Bhavik’s practice in tax and estate planning as well as wealth management is nationally renowned. His team helps plan exits for business owners of all kinds with his partners focusing specifically on the sale of dental practices throughout the country.
