Chip Fichtner has built, bought and sold multiple companies, both public and private, in a variety of industries for 40+ years. He has been featured in numerous media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and CNBC. His tolerant wife of 30+ years allows him to live on Southwest Airlines visiting clients every week.
A serial entrepreneur, Matt Wilkins landed in dentistry by accident following too much time spent preparing to be a corporate tax attorney. His entrepreneurial career was interrupted when he became CEO of an 18 location multi-specialty dental group at the age of 26. When he’s not crisscrossing the country to meet with LPS clients, he’s chasing his 3-year-old in Bentonville, Arkansas.
John Harris has been with LPS since the beginning, John is responsible for expanding LPS outreach and partnerships with others that serve the dental industry. Primarily financial planners, accountants and practice consultants. Prior to LPS, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Dental Resource Systems. John enjoys movies, music, boating and motorsports.
Principal, Client Development
Michelle Norwood began her career as a commercial banker and became a senior executive at a publicly traded consumer products company. Her entrepreneurial career in the dental industry began over ten years ago where she loves dealing with great dentists every day! She resides in Dallas, has 3 wonderful children and too many cats and dogs.
Holding more all-around dental office knowledge than anyone else at LPS, Morgan Hunt is our resident jack-of-all-trades. Having spent nearly a decade in the dental industry holding titles such as controller, CFO, and consultant, she agreed (after a year of begging from Matt) to jump on board with LPS to meet clients’ needs in a variety of areas.
Principal, Development & Buy-side Relations
Maxwell is an Executive Vice President for Large Practice Sales (“LPS”) based in the firm’s Dallas office. He joined the LPS team in 2019. Prior to LPS, he worked for J.P. Morgan, Caiman Energy II, Pathway Vet Alliance, Thrive Affordable Vet Care, and Dental Care Alliance. He has done over $3.2B in transactions which include syndicated loan facilities, buy-side M&A, and sell-side M&A. $1.3B of his total transaction experience has been in the healthcare industry.
Executive Vice President of Development
Andrew is Executive Vice President on the Development team at LPS. Andrew has extensive experience executing transactions across a multitude of industries as both buyer and seller. He joins LPS from Libra Solutions Group, a specialty finance company, where he helped to establish the corporate development function. Andrew’s previous experience also includes roles at Citigroup, BBVA USA, and Severn River Holdings. He and his wife live in Austin, TX where they enjoy hopelessly cheering on the Texas Longhorns together.
Chief Marketing Officer
Lindsay joins LPS with nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and technology. Her passion is driving results, generating leads, and impacting the bottom line. Most recently, Lindsay was the head of digital marketing and technology at The Corcoran Group (one of the largest global real estate brokerages) and the head of product marketing at Boats Group (the world’s leading marine digital, technology, and advertising solution). Lindsay graduated with a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University and resides in VA with her husband, children and two dogs. She appreciates great food and wine, and enjoying the outdoors and getting out on the water.
Rebekah brings almost two decades of accounting and finance experience to LPS. She held diverse roles, from legislative audit to managing a multi-billion-dollar revenue book in a Fortune 500 company. As the corporate controller of a telecommunications construction business, she streamlined policies and procedures, doubling the business’s growth. Rebekah aims to use her skills to forge a successful partnership between LPS and its associates. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cycling, and waterfront relaxation.
Dean comes to LPS with over 30 years of business development experience. Prior to LPS, Dean held roles of increased responsibility at companies including Citibank and Time, Inc. He has built numerous enterprise partnerships with companies including United Healthcare, AT&T, Fortune, and DIRECTV. Dean earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
Jeffery Blake brings 35 years of success at Dentsply International and has been the Director of Development at North American Dental Group (NADG) since 2012, overseeing over 200 U.S. practices. His career at Dentsply International showcased his commitment to excellence in a dynamic business world. Now residing on Seabrook Island, South Carolina, he enjoys the island’s tranquility and natural beauty.
Tom Deighton has distinguished himself as an exceptional executive at multiple dental companies over the last 40 years. He has helped Dentsply International Dental, Axis Dental, Midwest Dental and others achieve rapid growth through his innovative strategies. Tom resides in Dallas, Texas.
Director of Operations
Lindsey Brown joined Large Practice Sales in 2019 as the Director of Operations. She came to LPS with 10 + years of management experience in corporate dentistry from specializing in patient treatment and insurance credentialing to running the Accounts Receivable Department of a multi-million-dollar orthodontic practice. Lindsey thrives on communication, organization and implementing standard business procedures across the company.
Senior Financial Analyst
Rachel came to LPS following 8 years’ experience and careers in public and private accounting as a Tax Preparer, Controller/CFO with a background in forensic accounting and GAAP compliance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and criminal justice and a master’s degree in business from The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. A Northwest Arkansas native, she enjoys Kayaking, RZR riding, traveling, movies and spending time with family.
Ian joined LPS in 2022 as a Financial Analyst. Ian has had a number of roles in accounting, financial analysis, financial budgeting, and project management. Prior to joining LPS, Ian has worked at ICON Health Sciences, Fidelity Investments, and Colgate – Palmolive. In his free time Ian enjoys traveling, golfing, and cheering for the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Amanda joins LPS with over 16 years of tax and accounting experience. Amanda has been a Senior Tax Auditor for the State of Arkansas, as well as held other accounting roles such as senior tax accountant, financial analyst, and lead bookkeeper at various public accounting firms. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 2-year-old daughter, husband, and extended family. Amanda is a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks fan.
Casey joined LPS with 16 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Credit Manager, and Accountant Specialist, bringing a vast range of financial analysis across various industries. He loves riding his Harley, live music, and exploring the outdoors by mountain biking, kayaking, and hiking.
Dental Project Manager
Loren Williams joined Large Practice Sales in 2022 as the Dental Project Manager. Loren comes with 10 years of management experience, 5 of those coming from her time in corporate dentistry. She has worked in almost every role in the dental office as well as managing up to 10 at one time. In her personal time Loren enjoys riding motorcycles and hiking the beautiful areas around Northwest Arkansas with her husband and Siberian Huskies.
Dental Project Manager
Jordan Lawrence joined Large Practice Sales in 2022 as a member of our Dental Project Manager Team. Jordan comes with 8 years of management experience. Five of them being in a large DSO setting. She has opened up denovo practices, as well as turning around existing practices to help them succeed. Jordan enjoys spending time with her 4 year old son and traveling when possible!
Dental Transaction Coordinator
Marie Teague joined LPS in 2023 on the Dental Transaction Coordinator team, assisting clients through the partnership process. Her diverse customer service background includes 5 years in dental office management as well as owning a small business. In her free time, Marie enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors, creating various crafts, checking out the latest local restaurant, gardening, and caring for her pets.
Brinkley joined Large Practice Sales in 2021 as Project Manager at the Northwest Arkansas office. She is responsible for managing all LPS data. This includes everything from introductory calls to closings and everything in between. With her exceptional organizational skills, she keeps the team in line and on time. Away from the office, Brinkley enjoys spending time with her family, catching some sun on Beaver Lake, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks!
Jordan joined Large Practice Sales in 2022. She is responsible for assisting the Buy-Side relations team. She has extensive experience in the customer service field and various administrative and management backgrounds. She enjoys learning new things and building meaningful relationships. Away from the office, Jordan enjoys traveling anywhere tropical and spending time with her family.
Managing Client Development Specialist
Allison joined Large Practice Sales in 2022, following 9 years of on-the-floor sales management along the southeast coast, at the worlds #1 action sports retailer. At LPS she is responsible for reaching out to practices that have shown interest in working with us and assists them in starting their LPS journey. Her love for genuine human connection and passion for elevated customer experiences is what makes her excel in her position, but for her is anything but work.
Senior Client Development Specialist
Kate joined Large Practice Sales in 2022. Having an extensive background in the professional sales and marketing field ensures her clients always have the best expertise possible. She is continually looking for new ways to expand her knowledge and skills. When Kate is not working you can find her giving back to her community, traveling, cooking, and taking care of her two fur babies.
Client Development Specialist
Marissa joined LPS in 2021, with over 25 years of information technology experience, her role is researching the dental profession to find the practices that are well positioned to take advantage of the rapid consolidation that is occurring in the Invisible DSO market. Married with two sons, their family loves to be in the sunshine or on the water.

Aggie joined Large Practice Sales in late 2023. She is the type of person who meets new friends whether she’s waiting in line for a coffee or attending an event. Her bubbly nature is magnetic. This quality, along with her background in customer service and operations, has given her a refined skill in communication and client needs. After work you can find her reading a book or on a walk, and of course always making plans with her ever-growing network of friends.
Client Development Specialist
Sommer joined Large Practice Sales in 2023 with a Masters in Business Administration. She is excited to continue her growth by expanding her knowledge and expertise into the dental field. Prior to LPS, Sommer worked for the VA and as an EOD K9 handler for the Department of Reclamation. When not working, Sommer enjoys motorcycling, disc golf, and travelling with her husband and two crazy dogs.
Client Development Specialist
A long-time lover of learning, Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Arts in Education from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Since graduating, Caroline has continued to expand her skills in a multitude of areas. Caroline joined Large Practice Sales in 2023. When Caroline isn’t working, you can find her reading, traveling, and enjoying the company of her two pups.
For 25 years, Patti has helped practices across the U.S. increase their implant related collections in various senior sales and management positions at implant manufacturers including Nobel and Zimmer Biocare. Dentists have benefitted from her national lectures on improving implant and All on X case acceptance. Helping practices grow implant volumes has been her passion. She now helps dentists understand their options to monetize their life’s work with an IDSO partner. She resides in Ocean Gate New Jersey, has 4 amazing children and 3 crazy dogs.
Amber joined Large Practice Sales in 2022 as an Executive Assistant, after a 15 year career of managing experience in a large Real Estate company. Building relationships, organization, and communication are skills among many that she excels in. A lifelong native of The Eastern Shore of Maryland, she enjoys boating, and spending time with family and friends. She is proud to be a part of the LPS team.
Lauren Schmalz has been working with LPS since the fall of 2020. She has a varied background in administrative functions, management, and coaching. She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call the LPS office! When she is not in the office you can find her coaching on the softball field or visiting unique restaurants in downtown Ft. Lauderdale.
Odet Izquierdo joined Large Practice Sales in 2022 as our Administrative Assistant. She has an extensive background in the customer service field, always providing and assuring everyone get the best service. When she is not in the office you can find her spending quality time with her family or traveling to new places.
Graphic Design Manager
Deanna is LPS’ founding graphic designer including print, digital and photography. She enjoys expanding her skills as technology evolves. She loves her rapidly expanding family and is proud to be a nearly native Texan!
