Chip Fichtner
Principal
Chip Fichtner, CoFounder of Large Practice Sales has completed over $1.0 billion in IDSO partnerships in the last 24 months with dozens of IDSOs nationally. He has built, bought and sold companies in a variety of industries and has been featured in numerous media outlets. His tolerant wife of 34 years allows him to live on his airplanes visiting clients every week.
Matt Wilkins
Principal
A serial entrepreneur, Matt Wilkins landed in dentistry by accident following too much time spent preparing to be a corporate tax attorney. His entrepreneurial career was interrupted when he became CEO of an 18 location multi-specialty dental group at the age of 26. When he’s not crisscrossing the country to meet with LPS clients, he’s chasing his 7-year-old in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Michelle Norwood

Michelle, a principal at Large Practice Sales, began her career as a commercial banker and became a senior executive at a publicly traded consumer products company. Her entrepreneurial career in the dental industry began over ten years ago and she loves dealing with great dentists every day! An avid Cowboys fan, she resides in Dallas, has 3 wonderful adult children and too many cats and dogs.

Maxwell is Principal of Large Practice Sales (“LPS”) based, in the firm’s Dallas office. He joined the LPS team in 2019. Prior to LPS, he worked for J.P. Morgan, Caiman Energy II, Pathway Vet Alliance, Thrive Affordable Vet Care, and Dental Care Alliance. He has done over $3.2B in transactions which include syndicated loan facilities, buy-side M&A, and sell-side M&A. $1.3B of his total transaction experience has been in the healthcare industry.
George Radigan
Principal
George serves as a Principal at Large Practice Sales (LPS), where he leads strategic partnerships and transactions with dental practices nationwide. George focuses on helping practice owners achieve optimal outcomes through customized transition strategies. Prior to joining LPS, George was the Managing Director in the Direct Investments division at Leon Capital Group, where he oversaw healthcare platform and add-on acquisitions, transaction structuring, and strategy execution. Prior to Leon, George served as a Partner at a nationally recognized DS0, where he played a key role in growing the company from inception to more than 260 locations across 13 states.
Corey Stansell
EVP, Development
Corey Stansell serves as Executive Vice President, based in the Dallas office. With degrees in Finance & Economics from the University of Houston, he has spent the last 15 years guiding clients through the large financial transactions and wealth creation events. His time at J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, & Morgan Stanley have given him the experience and expertise to guide you through the most complex transactions. Corey likes to spend time with his wife and 3 kids under the age of three.
Aaron Ellis
EVP, Finance & Operations
Aaron joins the LPS team with nearly 20 years in the dental industry, serving in various leadership roles with some of the largest DSOs in the country. He brings experience in Business Development (Buy-side M&A), Operations and Marketing and most recently, helped manage new partnership growth for one of the largest and fastest growing iDSOs in the country. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years and watching his 4 kids play baseball, water polo and soccer.
John Harris
Managing Director
John Harris has been with LPS since the beginning, John is responsible for expanding LPS outreach and partnerships with others that serve the dental industry. Primarily financial planners, accountants and practice consultants. Prior to LPS, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Dental Resource Systems. John enjoys movies, music, boating and motorsports.
Dean Fichtner
Managing Director
Dean comes to LPS with over 30 years of business development experience. Prior to LPS, Dean held roles of increased responsibility at companies including Citibank and Time, Inc. He has built numerous enterprise partnerships with companies including United Healthcare, AT&T, Fortune, and DIRECTV. Dean earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
Tom Deighton

Tom Deighton has distinguished himself as an exceptional executive at multiple dental companies over the last 40 years. He has helped Dentsply International Dental, Axis Dental, Midwest Dental and others achieve rapid growth through his innovative strategies. Tom resides in Dallas, Texas.
Harrison Merritt
Managing Director
Harrison Merritt has been in operational leadership roles in the retail, real estate, and dental industry over the last 15 years. Most recently guiding growth for one of the largest DSOs in the country. He brings a uniquely qualified blend of experience to the role. Harrison is an avid sports fan and proud father of three daughters.
Jordan Myers
Director, Business Development & Buy-side Operations
Jordan joined Large Practice Sales in 2022. She is responsible for assisting the Buy-Side relations team. She has extensive experience in the customer service field and various administrative and management backgrounds. She enjoys learning new things and building meaningful relationships. Away from the office, Jordan enjoys traveling anywhere tropical and spending time with her family.
Allison Norwood
Director, Client Development
Allison joined Large Practice Sales in 2022, following 9 years of on-the-floor sales management along the southeast coast at the worlds #1 action sports retailer. At LPS she is responsible for reaching out to practices that have shown interest in working with us and assists them in starting their LPS journey. Her love for genuine human connection and passion for elevated customer experiences is what makes her excel in her position, but for her is anything but work.
Brinkley Packnett
Operations & Executive Administrator
Brinkley joined the Large Practice Sales team in 2021. Coming from the education field, she brings 4 years of administrative and leadership experience; she oversees HR, operational data reporting, accounts payable, and assists the owner partners in their day to day. Away from the office, Brinkley enjoys spending time with her husband and son and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks!
Rebekah Craven
Financial Controller
Rebekah brings almost two decades of accounting and finance experience to LPS. She held diverse roles, from legislative audit to managing a multi-billion-dollar revenue book in a Fortune 500 company. As the corporate controller of a telecommunications construction business, she streamlined policies and procedures, doubling the business’s growth. Rebekah aims to use her skills to forge a successful partnership between LPS and its associates. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cycling, and waterfront relaxation.
Rachel Crabtree
Senior Financial Analyst
Rachel came to LPS following 8 years’ experience and careers in public and private accounting as a Tax Preparer, Controller/CFO with a background in forensic accounting and GAAP compliance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and criminal justice and a master’s degree in business from The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. A Northwest Arkansas native, she enjoys Kayaking, RZR riding, traveling, movies and spending time with family.
Russel Bleiler
Financial Analyst
Russel Bleiler joins LPS with over 10 years of financial and legal experience. Russel’s experience with the enforcement division of the SEC, working at a boutique investment bank on Wall Street, and consulting for dental practices gives him unique insight into the valuation and deal process for LPS. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Russel is also a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan, particularly the Philadelphia Eagles.
Phoebe Harris
Financial Analyst
Phoebe joined LPS as a Financial Analyst in 2025. She holds dual degrees in Business Administration (Accounting) and Broadcast Journalism from the University of Arkansas. Active in her community, she volunteers with Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Miss Arkansas Organization. She also founded Let’s Talk ASAP, a suicide awareness initiative. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Northwest Arkansas and traveling.

Deanna is LPS’ founding graphic designer including print, digital and photography. She enjoys expanding her skills as technology evolves. She loves her rapidly expanding family and is proud to be a nearly native Texan!

Moira has served as an Executive Assistant for high-profile families for five years, managing finances, schedules, and operations with precision. With 25 years in healthcare technology and pharmaceuticals, Moira offers expertise in operational efficiency. Residing in Easton with their son and three dogs, they enjoy the Eastern Shore lifestyle.

Marissa joined LPS in 2021, with over 25 years of information technology experience. Her role is researching the dental profession to find the practices that are well positioned to take advantage of the rapid consolidation that is occurring in the Invisible DSO market. Married with two sons, their family loves to be in the sunshine or on the water.
Sommer Bell

Sommer joined Large Practice Sales in 2023 with a Masters in Business Administration. She is excited to continue her growth by expanding her knowledge and expertise into the dental field. Prior to LPS, Sommer worked for the VA and as an EOD K9 handler for the Department of Reclamation. When not working, Sommer enjoys motorcycling, disc golf, and travelling with her husband and two crazy dogs.

Originally from Pennsylvania, she enjoys exploring new places, spending time with family, and discovering great local food.

Macey joined Large Practice Sales in 2024 as Dental Transaction Coordinator. Bringing in over 13 years years of dental experience, with 6 of those years growing dental practices and increasing revenue. With LPS she helps guide the clients through the partnership process. Macey enjoys being around her family, traveling, and calling those HOGS.
Loren Williams
Transaction Team Manager
Loren Williams joined Large Practice Sales in early 2022 as the first Dental Transaction Coordinator and has since taken on the title of Transaction Team Manager. Loren comes with 10 years of management experience, 5 of those coming from her time in corporate dentistry. She has worked in almost every role in the dental office as well as managing up to 10 at one time. In her personal time Loren enjoys candle making, reading, and cheering on the Razorbacks.

Jordan Lawrence joined Large Practice Sales in 2022 as a member of our Dental Transaction Team. Jordan comes with 8 years of management experience. Five of them being in a large DSO setting. She has opened up denovo practices, as well as turning around existing practices to help them succeed. Jordan enjoys spending time with her two young children and traveling when possible!

Marie Teague joined LPS in 2023 on the Dental Transaction Coordinator team, assisting clients through the partnership process. Her diverse customer service background includes 5 years in dental office management as well as owning a small business. In her free time, Marie enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors, creating various crafts, checking out the latest local restaurant, gardening, and caring for her pets.
