Charities We Love

LPS is a proud supporter of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation. Their mission is to advance the orthodontic specialty by supporting quality education and research that leads to excellence in patient care, and by promoting orthodontic charitable giving. To date, the AAO Foundation has funded over $15 million in research grants through the AAOF Awards Program alongside charitable programs such as Donated Orthodontic Services and Disaster Relief.

LPS supports the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation. OMSF helps to transform the treatment of pain, defects, disease, and trauma by underwriting cutting-edge research and education that furthers the specialty and improves the lives of patients.

The Florida Dental Association (FDA) is committed to dental health for all Floridians. More than 8,000 patients were treated as a result of this organization in 2021 through the Florida Mission of Mercy Program. We are proud to make a difference in this community by helping them achieve better oral health.

Luke 18:1 Foundation was created for the purpose of finding a cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). SMA is a terminal and degenerative disease that causes weakness and wasting of the voluntary muscles in infants and children. LPS is proud to help 1 in every 10,000 babies born with SMA by helping this charity raise awareness about SMA, advancing funding for research, and providing education to support individuals and families that have been affected by this disease.

The programs of the Boy Scouts of America South Florida Council annually impact more than 10,000 youth and their families.They offer year-round programs created to develop character, citizenship, leadership, life skills, and fitness in youth in the South Florida counties of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe.

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
